Standard Cancellation Policy:

Minimum Membership Commitment:

Oro requires a 12-month minimum membership commitment for both Select and Premier members to ensure a seamless art rotation experience.

Early Cancellation Fee:

If a member chooses to cancel before the 12-month period ends, a cancellation fee equivalent to one additional rotation cycle will apply.

Cancellation Window:

After completing the initial 12-month commitment, members may cancel anytime with a 60-day written notice before their next scheduled rotation

1. Artwork Purchase Fee (Optional)

Members receive exclusive first access to purchase pieces from their rotation.

Pricing is based on market value, with preferred member pricing applied.

2. Early Cancellation Fee (If terminating membership before 12-month minimum)

Equivalent to one additional rotation cycle.

Designed to maintain continuity for both collectors and artists.

3. Extended Artwork Hold Fee (If keeping a piece beyond rotation period without purchasing)

Members can request to hold an artwork beyond their scheduled rotation.

A monthly extension fee will apply per piece.

4. Expedited Rotation Fee (If requesting an off-cycle art change)

Oro offers scheduled rotations (every 3 or 6 months based on membership tier).

If a member wishes to swap artwork outside of the scheduled rotation cycle, an expedited rotation fee will apply.

5. Custom Curation Fee (For members requesting specific pieces outside standard selection)

Oro Premier members have selection privileges within a curated offering.

If a member requests a specific artist, theme, or custom-sourced work, additional curation fees may apply.

6. Special Delivery or Relocation Fee (If moving artwork to a new location outside standard service area)

Standard white-glove installation and rotation services are included in membership.

If a member relocates or requests installation in multiple locations, additional transport and handling fees may apply.

7. Artwork Damage or Loss Fee (If artwork is returned in compromised condition)

Oro provides art handling guidelines and white-glove service to ensure safe placement.

If a piece is damaged beyond normal wear or lost, the member may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

8. Private Art Events & Custom Installations (Optional for Elite Collectors & Bespoke Experiences)

Members may request private exhibition setups, personal artist events, or immersive installations for special occasions.

Pricing varies based on scope and scale.

9. Late Payment or Renewal Fee (If membership payments are delayed beyond grace period)

Membership renewals must be processed on time to maintain access to rotations and exclusive events.

A late renewal fee may apply if a payment lapses beyond the designated grace period.

This deposit serves several key purposes:

Exclusivity & Serious Engagement – Oro is not a traditional art service; it is an immersive, curated experience designed for those who genuinely value contemporary art and its evolution. By requiring a deposit, we ensure that applicants are committed to the program, allowing us to provide a more personalized and refined selection process.

Securing a Place in a Limited Membership Program – Membership is intentionally capped to maintain quality and exclusivity. Each application is carefully reviewed, and the deposit secures priority access to limited membership spots, ensuring that those who apply receive a tailored experience.

Guaranteeing High-Touch, White-Glove Curation – Every applicant is paired with an Oro Art Consultant, who begins crafting a selection of artworks based on the individual’s taste, space, and lifestyle. This level of detail and service requires time, expertise, and careful consideration—ensuring that members receive the highest standard of curation.

Seamless Transition to Membership – Once accepted, the deposit is fully credited toward the first year of membership, allowing for a seamless onboarding process. If an applicant is not approved or chooses not to proceed, the deposit is fully refunded.

Commitment to Artists & Ethical Patronage – The refundable deposit also helps sustain our commitment to artists, reinforcing that membership in Oro is more than access—it’s participation in a system that supports living, working artists through an evolving patronage model.
